If you are not a current subscriber to bids&tenders™, you will need to subscribe as a vendor to receive notice of opportunities and submit bids posted by the Shared School Services for Bluewater and Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board. 

An unlimited Subscription to bids&tenders™ is available. Pay once and access all agencies using bids&tenders in Canada. For those who choose not to subscribe, there is a one-time fee option per bid opportunity.  As always, any public bid posted on the bids&tenders platform can be previewed at no cost.

The Shared Purchasing Services for Bluewater District School Board and Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board does not charge for any document, project or administrative fees to bidders. The annual subscription to bids&tenders is the only charge you will incur to place unlimited bids for board issued opportunities. 

Bidders are solely responsible for keeping their vendor account up to date.

After creating a bidding system vendor account with bids&tenders, you can select commodity codes for goods and services you supply and the bidding system will notify you by email of the bid opportunities matching your commodity code selection(s)

If you have questions about a specific bid opportunity, please follow the process as outlined in the procurement opportunity by submitting your questions using the “submit a question” button in the online system for that opportunity. You may also contact the purchasing services department by calling (226) 257-1000.
